Divine feminine power, SHAKTI, is the very life force of the universe. We feel her in the spirit of our breath, the pulse of our heart and the fire of our strength. She lies beyond gender and lives within us all as pure energy, the spark of true awakening.

The first day of spring is when light triumphs over dark, when hope sparks renewal through abundance, rebirth and creation. This solstice we reclaim our light by connecting to SHAKTI; to awaken our inner Goddess and stand in this next season with purpose, grace and power.

This experience weaves story-telling, breath work and meditation into an accessible vinyasa yoga practice. The space will be accented with lush flowers, candle light and music to create an embodied sensory experience.
