Join us for this master class to empower your wellness as the world reopens and we shift into a new season of life, post 2020

The intended benefits of this course include:

  • personal reflection + witnessing of the physiological and emotional scars of 2020

  • awareness of the parallels between trauma + relationship; understand how to connect to self, loved ones + community

  • body-based practices to regulate the nervous system, facilitate self-healing + drive connection

  • space for possibility, growth + joy moving forward

Class will include education/ dialogue, self reflection/ writing and trauma informed practices (including breath work, somatic exercises + mindfulness)

What to bring

  • a yoga mat or blanket to sit/lay on

  • any props to help you sit and/or lay comfortably (blocks, bolster, cushion, pillow, etc.)
